Mendoza, Argentina.

Mendoza belongs to the Argentine Republic, being a province of he himself, who is located in center the west of the country. He has like limits: north to San Juan, this a San Luis, the south to Pampa and Neuquén and the west with Chile. Its provincial Constitution was approved in 1916, and had its last reform in 1985. The government is divided in 3 areas: Executive, Legislative and Judicial. As well, each department has its communal government integrated by an executive area: Intendant and another deliberative: Deliberative council.
